Dear TEAM NAME,
The Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls welcomes you to Niagara Falls,
and wishes you success with the tournament. We hope you have a pleasant stay
and the entire team plays at their best.
For your convenience we offer the following:
- An information table is set up in the lobby offering maps
to the rinks, local restaurant listing, and other points of interest.
- Complimentary movies will be shown in a banquet Room.
Movie schedules will be posted on the door and at the information table.
- Old Falls Sports bar and Grille will be running a full
breakfast buffet for $9.95 for adults, $7.95 for children.
- The pool is located to the left of the lobby, and will be
open from 8am – 11pm.
- Starbucks will be open in the morning at 7am until 9pm in the evening, serving pastries and sweets in addition to the signature coffee
drinks.
- Complimentary parking is located next to the hotel.
Guests will simply need to bring the ticket they receive when the pull
into the lot to the front desk for validation.
- The second floor Hospitality Landing will be accessible to
guests with the tournament for gathering and socializing. Any team
wishing to hold a private party must contact the hotel sales department in
advance to make arrangements.
- The Palm Court area of the hotel will be open to guests
with the tournament to gather as well. The hotel strictly enforces no
alcoholic beverages and no glass containers in the pool area.
To ensure the safety of your stay as well as the quality of
the hotel, we must ask of you a few simple requests.
- All furniture must remain in the guestrooms at all times
due to fire regulations.
- We must ask that no mini-sticks, balls, or nets be brought
up into the hotel. Any mini-sticks, balls or nets found in the hotel will
be confiscated.
- To ensure each team performs their best on the ice, we
must enforce a 10pm curfew. All team members must return to and stay in
their rooms at time. Noise complaints will be enforced. After the second
noise complaint, the team will be evicted.
- Our check in time is 4pm and our check out time is 12pm. Should we have the availability to welcome you earlier or delay your departure, we
will offer it based upon occupancy levels.
- Guests with the hockey tournament will be permitted only
on their assigned floors. Children found on floors not assigned to them
will be escorted back to their parent/guardian.
- New York State law requires a responsible adult to stay
with the children in the hotel. If children are found with out a
supervising adult, the authorities will be contacted.
- As we are opening our food and beverage outlets to you, we
can not allow any outside food or alcohol to be consumed in our public
spaces. All alcohol must be kept in your guestroom.
- The guests will be permitted to bring in only an
acceptable amount of alcohol for personal consumption. An acceptable
amount of alcohol is one case of beer and one bottle of wine.
- No outside food may be brought into the hotel public
space. Banquet space will only be available to guests on an availability
basis. All food and beverage must be purchased and supplied by the
hotel. No outside food or beverage can be brought into the hotel. The
hotel will be offering special pizza menus and party foods for the banquet
space.
- All children under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an
adult in our Sports Bar.
- The fire code of guest room occupancy is 5 people maximum.
- Please enjoy our new bedding and towels we have to offer for
the guests. Any damage to the rooms, or items missing, will be charged
accordingly to the guest’s bill.
- No items may be attached to any wall, floor, window, or
ceiling with nails, staples, tape or any other substance.
- The Crowne Plaza Hotel requires a two-night minimum stay.
Individuals checking out before the second night will be charged for the
second night.
